While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, the program is designed for UNIVERSAL SCALABILITY, making it the perfect application for any COMMITTED INDIVIDUAL, regardless of the experience.  We scale load and intensity; we don't change the program.  The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind." Making Fitness Fun!
CrossFit is the only fitness methodology that is entirely based on measurable, observable and repeatable data.  By consistently participating in CrossFit you will become proficient in 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Our goal is to make every single workout fun and challenging, so that it is the highlight of your day and not drudgery! Our aim is that when you leave everyday you'll be physically, spiritually, and emotionally stronger!

We have bumper plates, barbells, and kettle bells just like any other CrossFit gym, but we also focus on your spiritual health and wellness.  We strive to create an open, welcoming, and comfortable community for everyone who walks through the door.

Balance is key to a happy and healthy life.  Your body can do anything your mind tells it to.  We make every effort to learn and teach good things.  We hope to inspire you to learn more and do more.  With the knowledge you gain we encourage you to live it and share it with others.

Nutrition is the key to success inside and outside the gym. Here at CrossFit Heart Mind & Strength we will guide you and help you to learn and do what you need to achieve your potential.
Fad diets, extreme eating plans, or starving yourself won't lead to lasting and positve changes.  What we focus on is working with you individually to come up with a plan that fits your life and is based in proven peer reviewed science.
